Meet the Artist

My first art class was a beginner's oil painting class at a local studio. It had been my Christmas present from my parents that year, and I had eagerly awaited the first class for weeks. To a young me, it was all magical. I got to be in a real artist’s studio with easels, benches, and fancy paints. I remember walking in and feeling so intimidated and excited. I’ve kept the two paintings from that class as a reminder of that feeling of magic I had when I first walked into that studio.

Now, even years later, I’m still drawn to the magic of creative hobbies and find any moment to draw, paint, or even just explore outside.

In 2024 I decided that I was going to pursue this passion of mine more seriously and I opened up my own fine art studio! It has been the best decision I've ever made and I feel so blessed to have met with so many amazing people and have been able to share a little joy with others from my art.

My creative journey has connected me more with nature and I love to explore with my camera in tow and bring back inspiration to my studio. I am inspired by the wonderful things I come across like a quiet overgrown path, distant mountains, or climbing wisteria in the garden.

I have found a lot of happiness and fulfillment in everything I have created and I hope that something here speaks to you too.
